Q: What areas of the country do you cover?
A: We cover all parts of England and Wales.

Q: I need to sort this fast, how long does it take?
A: We will work at a pace to suit you. We can complete the same day if that's what you need. You choose to sell and rent back, or move on and we can exchange in 24hrs (subject to legal paperwork being in order).

Q: What upfront fees do you charge?
A: There are no costs in obtaining an offer from us.

Q: How quickly can I get the money?
A: A solicitor will release the money as soon as the transaction is completed.

Q: Will anybody know about the sale?
A: No, it's confidential. We don't put a "sold" sign up, nobody will know about your personal circumstances or sale.

Q: Do I have to accept the offer straight away?
A: Not at all. We will give you up to 30 days before we may revise our offer.
